1. Karigora materials

The Karigora name, logo, visual identity, interface, original text, category architecture, workflows, software, source code, graphics and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Karigora and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Permitted personal use

Karigora grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for its intended lawful purpose. This does not transfer ownership or permit you to reproduce, resell, publish, frame, mirror, extract, decompile or create a competing dataset or service from protected Platform materials except where law expressly permits it or Karigora gives written permission.

3. Member content

Members retain ownership of original content they submit and remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use it. The limited licence granted to Karigora is described in the Terms & Conditions. Do not upload copied photographs, logos, descriptions, qualifications, documents, music, video or other material without authority.

4. Trademarks and third-party rights

Karigora names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or official status without written permission. Third-party names, marks, maps, libraries and payment-provider identifiers belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, interoperability or attribution.

5. Reporting infringement

Send a copyright or trademark complaint to hello@karigora.com with your name and contact details, identification of the protected work, the precise Platform URL or record complained of, the basis of your rights, a good-faith statement, and supporting authority. We may request identity verification or additional evidence, notify the affected member, restrict the material during review and restore it where a complaint is unsupported.

Knowingly false or abusive infringement notices may themselves violate the Responsible-Use Rules and applicable law.

6. Copyright information in the footer

The copyright year identifies the current publication claim for the Platform as a whole; individual works may have different creation dates or owners. “All rights reserved” does not reduce lawful exceptions, user ownership or rights that cannot be restricted by contract.
