1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to karigora.com, Karigora mobile experiences and the related services, tools and communications (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated as the Karigora initiative of Nu-XGen AI from Agartala, Tripura, India (“Karigora”, “we”, “us” or “our”). You may contact us at hello@karigora.com.
By creating an account, accessing a protected service or continuing to use the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Karigora on these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible-Use Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use a protected Platform feature.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. A parent or lawful guardian must manage any permitted interaction concerning a child.
- Provide accurate, current and complete identity, contact, location, professional and business information. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading identities.
- Keep your password and one-time verification codes confidential. Tell us promptly at hello@karigora.com if you suspect unauthorised account use.
- One verified mobile number may be linked to only one Karigora identity unless Karigora expressly approves another arrangement.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent it results from a security failure attributable to Karigora.
3. Karigora’s marketplace role
Karigora is a location-aware technology marketplace that helps users discover, communicate with and transact with independent members, professionals, shops, sellers, buyers and delivery partners. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, Karigora is not the employer, agent, medical provider, owner, manufacturer or direct supplier of a member’s goods or services.
A contract for a member-provided service or third-party product is ordinarily between the seeker or buyer and the provider or seller. Karigora may structure requests, collect payment, maintain records, support delivery, moderate activity and assist with disputes without becoming the underlying provider or seller.
Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right, product-liability right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Providers, professionals, shops and sellers
- Offer only goods or services you are legally entitled and reasonably competent to provide.
- Keep licences, registrations, qualifications, availability, prices, taxes, delivery terms and listing information accurate and current.
- Do not describe a Karigora verification as a guarantee, government approval or endorsement. Verification means only that Karigora reviewed the identified evidence under its then-current process.
- Perform accepted work with reasonable skill, care, safety and punctuality, and comply with applicable professional, consumer, tax, employment, product, licensing and local laws.
- Do not list counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, prescription-controlled without authority, prohibited or unlawfully sourced goods.
- Providers and sellers remain responsible for invoices, taxes, warranties, after-sales duties, refunds and legally required disclosures attributable to their supply.
5. Seekers, buyers and fair dealing
- Describe requests honestly and provide information reasonably needed for a safe and accurate quote.
- Review profiles, credentials, scope, price, schedule, cancellation terms and safety considerations before accepting an offer.
- Treat members respectfully and provide lawful access, instructions and working conditions.
- Inspect used goods and confirm condition and suitability before completing a transaction where inspection is reasonably possible.
- Do not use Karigora to obtain unpaid speculative work, evade an accepted payment, manipulate reviews or induce unlawful conduct.
6. Healthcare, prescriptions and emergencies
Doctors and other healthcare professionals on Karigora act independently and remain responsible for their professional judgment, licensing, diagnosis, advice, prescriptions and treatment. Karigora’s credential review does not guarantee clinical quality or outcomes.
Medicine-shop features are prescription-led communication and fulfilment tools. A participating shop must independently validate prescriptions, legal sale requirements, stock and dispensing obligations. Karigora does not prescribe, substitute or manufacture medicines.
Karigora is not an emergency service. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact local emergency services or attend an appropriate emergency facility immediately. Do not delay care while waiting for a Platform response.
7. Quotes, payments, fees, cancellations and refunds
The price, taxes, Platform fee, payment schedule, delivery charge, cancellation rule and other transaction terms presented before acceptance form part of that transaction. Review them before paying or accepting a quote.
Payments may be processed by regulated third-party payment providers. Karigora does not store complete card credentials or banking authentication secrets. Payout timing may depend on delivery, acceptance, dispute, verification, risk or legal checks.
Cancellations and refunds are determined by the transaction terms shown at purchase, the provider or seller’s lawful policy, the condition and stage of performance, and applicable law. Karigora may hold, reverse, defer or refuse a payment or payout where reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargeback, sanctions, illegality, safety, dispute or provider-compliance risk.
Do not pay merely to unlock a profile or contact detail, and do not move an active Karigora transaction off-platform to evade fees, records or safeguards.
8. Content, reviews and Platform records
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Karigora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and promote the Platform and its listings. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful backups, transaction records and content already shared or relied upon.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be bought, threatened, traded or manipulated. Karigora may remove content, restrict its visibility or add a moderation notice where it reasonably believes content is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, irrelevant or inconsistent with the Responsible-Use Rules.
Platform messages, requests, quotes, acceptance events, delivery events and moderation actions may form part of the transaction and safety record.
9. Safety, suspension and termination
Karigora may warn, limit, suspend, remove or terminate an account, listing, payment capability or professional pathway where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate a complaint, enforce these Terms, comply with law or reduce fraud or safety risk. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a route to respond.
You may stop using Karigora and request account closure. Closure does not cancel completed transactions, unpaid obligations, open disputes, lawful record-retention duties or provisions that by their nature survive termination.
10. Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to provide a secure and reliable Platform, but internet services, maps, location results, notifications and third-party systems may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, a particular commercial result or the conduct of another user.
Karigora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
You remain responsible for losses arising from your unlawful content, deliberate misconduct, material breach, infringement or unauthorised supply, and will reimburse Karigora for a third-party claim to the extent directly caused by that conduct and finally established by agreement or a competent authority.
11. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Send account, transaction, content, privacy or safety complaints to hello@karigora.com with the relevant account email, reference number and a concise description. We may request identity or transaction verification before disclosing protected information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage good-faith resolution through Karigora’s complaint process first. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, regulatory remedy or other jurisdiction that the law gives you, courts with competent jurisdiction at Agartala, Tripura will have jurisdiction.
12. Changes and interpretation
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, product or business changes. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or an appropriate account communication before they take effect where required. The version and effective date appear at the top of this document.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for readability. The English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
